People don’t like their dogs feet to touch the ground as it’s dirty so they carry them around instead of taking them for a walk. I said to her “Your dog likes walking” so she put him on the pavement and then placed her empty bag on the pavement too. The dog quickly leapt into the bag!
At least he wasn’t wearing a studded demin jacket or pink tutu.
