It’s not really a museum, but Yuz on the West Bund is a contemporary art gallery, a huge space. Today I went to see the rain room which I’d read about online. Luckily the place was quiet and there were only handful of selfie taking Chinese youngsters. 
The exhibit was impressive, you walked into the rain coming down from the ceiling, convinced that you were going to get wet but somehow, (I guess via sensors), the rain didn’t fall on me as I walked through. It fell all around me but I remained dry – a very interesting experience.
There was little else of interest in the museum but I think the rain room was worth the £15 ticet price alone.
