I have started up my own garment manufacturing and supply. I have got the factory in Changzhou to make up some samples and they have gone down very well so far. 
Everyone I have shown them to has loved them and wants one. The design is based upon (but not copied OK!) another jacket I already had and which was designed for use in schools.
Currently they only come in grey and red but I have plans for dark green, navy and black. They come with your own school crest embroidered on the chest and your own name. Here is Leigh modelling one.
I’m getting Keith to model them in Shanghai too. Then I am going to target some schools in the UK and here in Nanjing as well as approaching ex-pats at the universities. With a bit of luck I can get them down to a price which makes the factory something and me too.
So here we go – my burgeoning design, manufacture and retail business!
